**Your role**
- Do you have an aptitude for digital solutions, and also love human interaction?
- We're looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist to:
- partner with global delivery streams to support rollout of key initiatives and drive digital transformation
- act as a bridge between users, global delivery streams, and IT to continuously collect/provide feedback in order to improve user experience and efficiency
- help create awareness of our digital platform and remove adoption barriers by providing trainings and support to front office and potentially clients
- gather insights from data to develop and execute internal sales strategy, campaigns to drive digital adoption

**Your team**
- You'll be part of the Digital Adoption team based in Singapore, within the Wealth Management COO organization.
- We help our clients and client advisors make the best use of our digital and platform capabilities to achieve their objectives, and maximize the bank's returns on digital investments.Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- resilient team player with a truly customer oriented mindset and sales focus
- creative and analytical problem solver who can explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- self-starter who's always curious and able to manage given tasks independently with mínimal supervision
- high level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Business analytics skills will be preferred
- excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and able to communicate effectively to stakeholders of all levels
- ability to speak in Mandarin and other Asian languages would be a bonus to support the Greater China market.
