**Position**:Call Centre Representative**
**Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 + Shift Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus**
**Location: West**
**Working Hours / Days: Rotating Shift Work

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver excellent customer service to callers by understanding caller's needs.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to address caller's inquiries.
- Book or reschedule appointments based on the caller's request.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments within the institution to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution of caller's requests.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma, Degree, **or equivalent.**:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in **customer service and customer handling in the call center environment.**:
- Bubbly and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
- **Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.**
