
IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Description:
1. Develop and implement a global desktop service strategy to ensure that service models and processes can meet diverse business needs, including but not limited to hardware and software support, troubleshooting, user training, etc.
2. Lead a cross regional desktop service team to ensure that team members have sufficient professional knowledge to provide efficient and high-level support services to users.
3. Manage desktop service budgets to ensure effective resource utilization, while evaluating and promoting the adoption of new technologies to improve service efficiency.
4. Establish and maintain global desktop support standards and best practices to ensure that services comply with regulations and security standards.
5. Work closely with IT infrastructure, information security, and network teams to ensure the security, stability, and coordination of the desktop environment.
6. Provide key performance indicator reports for desktop support, including but not limited to response time, problem resolution rate, user satisfaction, etc.
7. Ensure that the desktop service team timely understands and responds to emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that the company always maintains a leading position in technology.
8. Design and implement employee training programs to improve the team's skill level and adaptability.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
2. At least 8 years of work experience in global desktop services or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience as a desktop service team manager.
3. Experience in managing cross-cultural teams globally, with excellent leadership and team building abilities.
4. Deep technical background, understanding desktop support tools, IT service management, and hardware/software infrastructure, including Microsoft O365 series, AD/AAD, SCCM/Intune, laptops and printers from various mainstream manufacturers.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with employees and leadership at all levels.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments.
7. Strong customer service orientation, pursuing excellent service quality and user satisfaction.
8. Have a deep understanding of security compliance and be able to ensure that desktop services comply with relevant regulations and standards.

**Salary**: $4,848.56 - $20,000.00 per month
