Area Sales Manager

**ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
**Sales Strategy and Target Achievement**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned area.
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and potential risks.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the agent meets sales objectives.
**Retail Excellence**:
- Plan and review POSM forecast to support sales and ensue timely order and delivery in operation level
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to BA productivity
- Propose and control BA incentives budget
- Partner with training team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques and deployment in the market.
- Conduct store audits to ensure retail excellence including brand and product compliance, visual merchandising standards, and BA grooming.
**Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, inventory and market analysis to provide insights to senior management.
- Provide feedback and insights to regarding product performance, customer preferences, market trends and competitor activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry developments.
**Trade Promotion Planning**:
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to develop joint promotional activities and events calendar.

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities with good computer skills (MS Office Applications).
- Project Management Skills including attention to detail and ability to coordinate and interact with cross functional teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proven communication skills with all levels of management, both written and spoken.
- Min. 5-6 years of experience in a similar capacity.
