Our client is a new emerging brand, that deals with renovation in a more sustainable way. Due to expansion, they are looking for a **Customer Service Executive** to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Building customer relations and experiences to deliver optimal product knowledge and aftersales support to our clients. Customer interaction includes, physical studio space, online platforms messengers and live chats
- Ability to effectively work with a team
- Staying up to date with multiple product knowledge and understanding customer needs across different services and assisting them.
- Work with related team to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- This role requires you to have the ability to be customer centric, passionate and understanding that customer engagement is a key constitute in the growth of the brand.
- Network with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing.
- Organized, independent and able to multi-task.
**Additional Information**:
- Salary range: $2800-$3800
- 5 days work week, 10am-7pm. Weds and Sun OFF
- Weekends availability
