DESIGNATION : Technology Governance & Risk Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

The **Technology Governance & Risk Manager** drives an end-to-end alignment of Digital / Technology with the Business and ensures adequate management of technology-related risks. Embedded into the Center of Excellence for Digital Strategy, PMO and Change Management, this role also includes supporting capability building across the organisation related to IT Governance & Risk Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain a robust IT management framework and control processes
- Manage the IT Risk Management Framework and ensure alignment with the broader Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Work with process owners to establish and operate an effective governance and management of relevant policies, guidelines, standards and procedures across the Group
- Work with management on continuous assessment of IT governance and risk management across the Group, identify gaps and develop action plans to address them
- Develop effective and collaborative relationships and ongoing communication forums re IT Governance and Risk management across the organisation
- Proactively integrate IT Governance and Risk management with other frameworks (ERM, CyberSecurity Governance & Compliance, etc.) and lines of defence

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in IT Governance and Risk Management, preferably in a fast-growing and tech-heavy environment and product-centric organisations
- Audit and risk management background with Big-4 would be an additional asset
- Strong cross-domain IT expertise (architectures, systems, services, software engineering, cybersecurity, project management, etc.)
- Knowledge of relevant frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) mandatory, certification strongly preferred
- Pragmatism and ability to develop and champion affordable, efficient and timely solutions
- Pro-activeness and acting with a sense of urgency
- Analytical skills and strong attention to relevant details
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
