Svp, Technology Governance and Service Delivery

An exciting opportunity has opened up at a global financial institution with a strong presence across retail, wholesale banking and wealth management. This is a high-visibility and strategic technology mandate under the Capital Markets business. In this role, you will effectively manage the health of the IT ecosystem and ensure technology performance remains resilient and robust through optimizing IT operations, governance and financial management. Strong C-suite engagement and hands-on experience is critical in the success of this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set strategic technology goals across across the business.
- Execute the ITIL framework.
- Manage all aspects of vendor administration and relationships.
- Define SLAs to optimize resources, costs and processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor and/or Masters in Technology, Business Administration or relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Technology Service Delivery, governance and IT operational design within a bank and/or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of technology portfolio management, financial modeling, and project governance.
- Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements and financial services best practices. Ensure governance and compliance.
- Experience in Asset management or Securities firm is an advantage.
- Regional experience in stakeholders engagement, driving adoption and change management across business and technology functions.
