Singapore DSTA - Defence Science & Technology Agency Full time

**OVERVIEW**:

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us in our Infocomm Infrastructure Programme Centre to head the Infocomm Governance team where you will play a critical role in shaping the IT risk, cyber, governance and compliance landscape.You will:
- Develop and implement cyber strategies and controls to protect the full spectrum of IT and OT systems, platforms and data against external and internal threats, vulnerabilities and risks. Controls cover people, process, technology, policies, standards and procedures.
- Maintain oversight on enterprise ICT risk and ensure it is communicated and accepted with relevant risk owners. Collaborate with management and risk owners to ensure that controls are effective and exceptional. Take lead in vulnerability assessment, IT audits, review findings, drive root cause analysis and develop actionable remediation plans. Gatekeep compliance before systems go live.
- Front and manage all matters related to Audit, Governance and Compliance covering internal and regulatory compliance to reduce technology risk to acceptable levels.
- Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and fostering professional development.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security or similar
- Certification or qualification in Information Security, Governance and Compliance, Cloud and network well regarded
- Deep technical knowledge and competencies in Information Assurance, Cyber Security, Threat Modelling, Risk and Vulnerability assessment with at least 10 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in driving the conceptualization, implementation and management of security strategies to protect business systems
- Expert knowledge of cyber security technologies and techniques.
- Ability to innovate and implement processes and technology to protect, detect and respond to cyber threats methodical and meticulous.
- Passionate in cyber security and acutely aware of the cyber threat landscape and developments.
- Ability to influence across all levels and different entities to accomplish the mission.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
