We manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
We are looking for a committed, detailed and results-driven professional to manage SDLC Governance and Controls and support in the development and maintenance of SDLC Governance playbooks and guides.
Key Accountabilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Define, implement and enforce SDLC governance processes across the bank.
- Conduct regular control reviews of SDLC processes to identify areas for improvements.
- Implement automation around control requirements, monitoring and enforcement where possible.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive SDLC governance audit ready documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Generate SDLC governance reports to management and key stakeholders
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance SDLC efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive policy and process matters to support initiatives and activities.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree with at least 3-5 years’ experience in SDLC Governance, Release Management or Compliance roles
- Familiarity with Agile and Dev-Ops frameworks
- Proficiency in SDLC tools and technologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience in AI/ML, Gen AI, coding or software development preferable
- Strong understanding of IT related policies and processes, knowledge of Bank’s or related policies/processes will be an advantage
- Strong time-management skills
- Independent, self-driven, self-motivated, and a team player and able to work collaboratively
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a good sense of the business environment and attention to details
