**Job Description**:

- Source, negotiate and sign partnership with the top-tier, mid to small-sized retailers in your categories.
- Propose deal terms in accelerating close won rate while maintaining margin.
- Manage the sales pipeline carefully to ensure accurate data and hygiene are updated in the system.
- Constantly build relationships with important networks through leveraging existing networks, and attending industry events to secure the 1st meeting with the key decision-makers.
- Actively seeking and find win-win solutions for both the Payment Processors and Atome.
- Continuously refreshing sales pipeline by sourcing up and coming players.
- Use competitive insights to inform selling strategies and strategic directions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, customer success.

Requirement:

- 3+ years in Business Development, Account Management or Partner Management - experience ideally in financial services or payments space
- Possess a growth mindset and understand how to collaborate with Payment processors and cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Success in selling to, working with and building relationships with c-level decision-makers in top-tier retailers, fortune 500 companies and business owners.
- Demonstrated track record in building and nurturing relationships at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen - ability to analyze and interpret data for discussion with partners
- High energy, passionate and having the hustling mentality.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
