Our client is a multinational industrial player seeking an experienced Regional Talent Management Manager to lead talent management, leadership, and learning programs across the region. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Oversee talent acquisition efforts and support new employees with effective onboarding and orientation initiatives. Lead performance management, support HRBPs on succession planning, drive retention efforts, leverage global and regional programs to enhance the leadership capabilities, and build a strong feedback culture. Evaluate training requirements and tap into global L&D offerings to craft a regional learning roadmap with HRBP support. Manage vendor relationships and program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives. Develop regional initiatives to enhance management capabilities and increase employee engagement, promote awareness of relevant HR practices, and facilitate discussions. To be eligible for this role you will require: Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 10 years’ experience in Talent Management or Learning and Development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail Any prior coaching or training experience will be a plus.
