**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative assistance to department leaders and staff.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the department and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication within the department to ensure information flow. Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:
Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma
Prior experience in clerical and administrative duties will be advantage
