Sincere Healthcare Group is seeking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Register and schedule appointments for patients.
- Answer inquiries from patients.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Prepare case notes and other required forms.
- Ensure the clinic facility is in good order.
- Provide other day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the Clinic as assigned by the supervising head (e.g. handle laundry and purchase refreshments and stationery).
- Billing - raise invoices and collect payments.
- Claims - prepare and submit claims (e.g. MediSave / insurance claims).
- Upkeep the pharmacy - order drugs and manage inventory.
- Rotate to other clinics within the Company or Sincere Healthcare Group for Clinic Assistant role.
- Perform chaperone duties.
- Assist in pre-operations, intra-operations and post-operations.
- Undertake such other duties as may be assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- High energy, dynamic and self-motivated
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to speak mandarin will be an advantage.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
