Singapore HWA XIA TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE & THERAPY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist doctors, nurses, and therapists with day-to-day patient care
- Prepare consultation rooms and treatment areas
- Provide basic patient care, including checking vital signs and assisting with mobility
- Support with administrative tasks such as patient registration and record-keeping
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and patient care
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (advantageous for patient communication)
- Compassionate, responsible, and a team player
- Willing to work shifts or weekends (if required)
