We Are looking for Energetic Customer Service Reps to help us distribute our products and attend to our consumers needs. This role is ideal for people who loves a client facing role, loves to be connected & lnteraction and also wishes to have an entry level role into the Telco Industry. (Training will be provided for the role). The Key Duties & Responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to): - process customer sales orders and ensure timely service is delivered promptly. - Answer to Customer's Inquiries & follow up with Timely Service resolution. - Be up to date with individual's Outlet's daily activity reports. - Responsible for the Outlet's Daily Support Operations & Cash Collections/ Tabulations. - Be the "face" for Simba's products and services. - Minimum O/A levels and Above - Minimum 1 year of relevant Experience (those with retail experience are encouraged to apply - Training/Coaching to be provided). - Confident Communication skills and positive work ethics (huge plus) - Must be a Team player and also display a level of matured independence to bring an ability to build up rapport quickly with Team and External Customers. - Loves a Fast paced and dynamic work environment. - Willingness to go the Extra mile and occasional staggered shifts including some weekends/Public Holidays (5 days work) - Past Experience in Telco industry is an Added advantage.
