Singapore SINGAPORE MARITIME OFFICERS' UNION Full time

If you share our passion in growing a strong and active union membership, join us in Singapore Maritime Officers’ Union (SMOU). You will be part of SMOU Membership Services Division to provide membership services to our union members.

**Scope of Work**
- Counter support to walk-in members’ enquiries and registration
- Administrative support and coordination on all membership, golfing and event services
- Collate reports and involvement in other administrative duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of workshop and recruitment drives
- Assist in maintaining the facilities in member’s lounge
- To undertake any other tasks / duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Without prior experience are welcome as training will be provided.
- With relevant experience as front-line customer service would have an advantage.
- Possess a passion in dealing with individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel) and comfortable working with systems
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage
