**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure consistent contact and face-to-face meetings with existing Members to maintain WingsOverAsia top-of-mind presence.
- Manage and handle the entire end-to-end process and administrative requirements from membership enquiry to membership signup & onboarding of members
- Responsible for the data accuracy and completeness of the membership database and also related systems
- Track and manage all data and administration requirements related to membership milestones, membership flying activities, renewals and other membership activities
- Prepare briefings and reports on Membership’s status for the Manager and Management
- Lead and manage membership engagement activities to enhance overall membership experience - from understanding member needs & preferences to activity ideation, execution and post-event analysis
- Coordinate with flight operations and other departments to support members’ flying activities
- Track, issue, replenish membership office supplies
- Responsible for all regular management reporting on member and flying activities, and membership KPIs
- Serve as the lead point of contact for members
- Answering all phone calls and written questions, concerns regarding membership
- Attend and resolve Members' concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure vibrancy of the club
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by HOD or management

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of hands-on sales administration or customer service experience
- Experience in hospitality industry is highly desired
- Good spoken and written English, and good spoken Chinese
- Must be able to prepare and deliver presentations independently
- Able to multi-task while being extremely efficient and productive in time usage
- Able to prioritise according to club & company priorities
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently requiring mínimal direction
- Team player who has proven abilities to work cross-functionally or cross-business lines
- Able to work weekends (including Sat, Sun & PH) and some nights with members’ events
- Punctual, patient, courteous and excellent customer service demeanour with lots of smiles
