**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Set and track sales targets for the team.

**Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Evaluate performance through performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

**Customer Relations**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.
- Use data to forecast sales trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in the car rental industry is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
