**Job Requirements**
- Basic bookkeeping experience
- Answer calls
- Prepare and sort documents
- Maintain filing records of documents
- Plan and coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to meet their requests
- Customer service support
- Account receivable function
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Verify and record staff leave and medical leave
- Communicate with external stakeholders (eg. suppliers, customers etc)
- Any other administrative duties & ad hoc duties tasked by Manager or Supervisor.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
