**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to conceptualize event and programmes.
- Responsible for the management and implementation of the events and maintaining key accounts.
- Application of licenses and approvals from both regulatory bodies and landlords.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, landlords / management office on all venue rental requirements and operations, including maintaining a list of alternative venues and monitor venue rental rates for review.
- Organize and manage events with responsibilities for all administrative and logístical tasks including liaison with speakers and guests, flight and accommodation arrangements, vendors liaison and budget management.
- Monitor the progress of event planning and execution including managing and tracking budgets and expenses.
- Prepare pre-event and post-event costings, producing creative yet cost-effective events in line with the quality expectations of the Company.
- Ability to propose appropriate event proposals / venues etc. to meet corporate and creative objectives.
- Handle and liaise for sponsorship for events.
- Optimize event operations from the point of sales to on-site event coordination and post-event business development.
- Take the lead in developing the attendee and guest registration experience.
- Assist with corporate sales.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Business Management/Marketing is a bonus
- Minimum 1 year experience related experience
- Good interpersonal skills and proficient in spoken and written English
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure
- High integrity & commitment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint.)

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,250.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
