**Working location: Bendemeer**

**Working hrs: Rotated shift**
- To provide prompt engagement of professional medical services to fulfill the needs of our patients.

**Key accountabilities**:
2. Make outbound calls to customers/ patients to finalize and close enquiries including proposal appropriate services and specialist
3. Make accurate data entry to the CRM and maintain proper document records and be well-organized at all times
4. Co-ordinate with other teams, such as IPS, EHS, Marketing on follow up/escalated cases/admin matters
5. To provide administrative support in checking of medical reports and report compilation
6. To handle and direct calls/faxes to the department/patient room
7. To assist in contacting doctors upon request
8. Handling of emergency codes
9. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 1. 1-2 years of customer service/call centre/nursing experience
2. Relevant working experience in healthcare industry is a plus
3. Bilingual and knowledge of various dialects or foreign language will be an asset (English, Mandarin or/and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia)
4. Good telephone etiquette
5. Patience and compassionate towards callers
6. Must be a team player
7. Able to work independently, pleasant and helpful
8. Highly organized and efficient with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and result driven environment
9. Computer literacy is a must
