**THE POSITION**

**_ Title:_** **Accounts Assistant**

RegASK is a digital platform, using artificial intelligence for augmenting regulatory research. Our technology routinely monitors, anticipates and reports updates or changes to relevant regulations, providing instant alerts. Our platform also allows us to zero-in on applicable regulations to identify and analyse any gaps in the compliance of a product.

RegASK is seeking for a full-time Accounts assistant that will support the finance team with all the day to day accounting activities.

In this role, you will benefit from the mentorship of highly skilled experts and you will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.

**_ Reporting to:_** Accounts Manager

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- To handle the day-to-day accounting activities
- Responsible for accounts, post journal entries, maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
- Responsible for the preparation of Accounts Receivable & Payable on a timely basis
- Liaise with creditors and debtors when required
- Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closing of accounts
- Perform any other task as assigned by the Accounts Manager

**_ Requirements:_**
- At least a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
- A minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Only Singaporeans or PRs may apply
