**POSITION OVERVIEW**: We are seeking a **Finance Manager **to manage the financial operations of the Company. This individual has to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, provides strategic financial insights and support decision making to drive business growth and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day to day account and finance operations
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate periodic financial closing and reporting
- Prepare, review and present financial reports and statements to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and ensure proper invoicing and monthly payment collections
- Preparation of group consolidation accounts
- Preparation of GST submission
- Handle payroll, CPF submission, yearly tax returns and other related claims
- Responsible for cashflow reporting and projections
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts and analysis
- Managing statutory audit and tax compliance process
- Manage 1 direct report
- Liaise with Banks for related banking facilities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
- Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes, systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Qualification & Experience**:

- 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA or equivalent
- Prior audit experience will be an added advantage
- Experience with accounting software (Netsuite) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Team player who is driven and able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
