**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of multi-brand stores and mono boutiques
- Liaise with mall managements and work alongside with the marketing team on corporate events, promotions and seminars
- Liaise with mall managements or contractors on any ad-hoc installation and maintenance works
- Liaise with mall managements and contractors on the renewal of licenses, inspections and stocktake arrangements
- Monitor and manage stores’ maintenance supplies such as store amenities, office equipment and pouches to ensure quality standard and cost-effectiveness
- Manage the planning and execution of new store openings from renovation works and fittings
- Manage the retail sales team in ensuring standard operations procedures and service guidelines are met
- Sourcing, analysing & verification of all vendor quotations and invoices
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree or Diploma in business administration, business studies or sales & marketing
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment or customer service industry
- Enjoys working in the retail environment and performs well under pressure
- Good organizational skills with leadership qualities and people management skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
