**Job Description**:

- Sales - secure retail rentals
- Activating of replacement car
- Follow up rental due and collect rental payment on a daily basis.
- Provide timely, consistent and accurate information to external customers.
- Ensure accurate processing of rental workflow through Fleetnetics.
- Furnish accurate driver particulars to respective departments for summons.
- Handle technical/breakdown calls such as vehicles unable to start, accidents etc. Escalate promptly to operations/Manager for follow up as appropriate.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- Work with the operations team to maximize fleet utilization.
- Establish and maintain professional and effective communication with external customers.
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area to create a pleasant and welcome environment for walk-in customers.
- Seek immediate assistance from relevant colleagues for issues that cannot be resolved within the department, or escalate promptly to the Manager as appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants with no prior experience are welcome
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous, presentable, patience,and customer service oriented.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Paya Lebar.
- Preferably with valid class 3/3A driving licence.
- Required to work on Saturdays.
- Able to start work within short notice.
- Priority will be given to Singaporeans
