**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Role summary**:
We are looking for an ambitious individual with entrepreneurial spirit to join our Supplier Management Team within Commercial Unit. The team’s primary purpose is to enrol suppliers under supply chain finance (“SCF”) and receivables finance (“RF”) programs. The individual will be required to take referrals from our origination partners or anchor buyers, management the enrolment, make proactive engagement to market our programs and acquire them to Olea’s platform.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Driving supplier enrolment and transaction volume
- Maintain a consistent and close contacts with supplier clients
- Source and call on individual prospects
- Organise and conduct sales presentations
- Solicit referrals from external sources
- Manage anti-attrition and retention of supplier clients
- Ensure compliance with all policies set by Olea

2) Support end-to-end execution
- To be the main point of contact between client and Internal processing team
- Prepare all required documents for execution by suppliers
- Cursory checks for all required documents to ensure is as per Olea’s standard and legal requirements
- Ensure adherence to Olea’s internal due diligence policies
- Follow up closely with various stakeholders to ensure all clients’ requests are processed on time
- Assist in providing accurate and fast response to all clients’ queries; handling feedbacks, complaints which includes investigations and queries and liaising with other functions/department

**Specific technical competencies**:

- Broad and/or deep understanding Trade Finance or Supply Chain Financing
- Knowledge of SCF and RF products related risks, including but not limited to credit risk, fraud risk, FCC risk, legal risks and etc.
- Experience working with digital supply chain finance platforms or ERP/ SaaS providers is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skill
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Mandarin is a must to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers

**Training, licences, memberships and certifications**:

- College degree level education required
- 2-4 years of experience in sales experience in a commercial and/ or business banking space
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good team-player, but also able to work independently and make logical decisions
