Our Corporate Coverage team provides clients with holistic solutions to meet their strategic objectives - with full access across the Corporate Bank’s product suite as well as the expertise of the Investment Bank.

DB’s Coverage teams provide clients with full access to the expertise of Corporate Bank and Investment Bank. Our Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI) Coverage focuses on offering treasury solutions to large international Insurance, Asset Managers and Private Equity companies.

**Your Role**

Deutsche Bank is looking for an analyst to join its NBFI Coverage team in Singapore. As a Junior Coverage Banker, you will be responsible for supporting Global Coverage Bankers (GCB) on key client relationships, producing accurate and timely analysis of clients, compiling competitor data, producing pitch book presentations, and supporting our clients.

The JCB will develop a good understanding of the origination processes, product offerings and assist with the preparation of internal desk reports and pipeline information, working under the guidance of the GCB.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Ensuring, in close cooperation with Global Coverage Banker (GCB), that Deutsche Bank is the provider of choice for clients and that all avenues for working with our clients across different geographies and products are explored.
- Supporting the execution of the NBFI coverage strategy
- Contributing to the development of marketing materials and to building Deutsche Bank’s NBFI Coverage franchise and reputation in the market.
- Attending meetings with clients alongside GCBs to build relationships with existing and potential clients. Actively driving meeting preparations and key follow ups.
- Developing strong productive relationships and coordinating with other Deutsche Bank colleagues to ensure clients receive seamless worldwide banking services.
- Pro-actively develop understanding of Corporate Bank products and solutions for NBFI’s.
- Remaining abreast of industry trends and themes.
- Supporting with the onboarding process for clients (working closely with KYC and control colleagues), responding to internal/external stakeholder queries.
- Establishing and maintaining KYC profiles and other required client information in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures and ensuring on-time completeness of all client-related KYC requirements.

**Your skills and experience**:

- 2+ Years of experience within financial services with an understanding and interest in Asset Managers, Insurance and Private Equity.
- Exposure to financial institutions is a must.
- Strong analytical skills capable of assimilating new information quickly and pro-actively relating them to the needs of the client base.
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to working with colleagues across the business and in other regions.
- Good project management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Fast learner with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect and build strong relationships with others, with effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Educated to degree level in a relevant financial discipline or with relevant industry experience.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply
