JLL is seeking a Project / Programme Manager with an engineering background to work with the Critical Facilities Team ("CFT") group of a major global banking client, representing that function in project management planning and execution across APAC. Job description Technical / Engineering Project Manager Representing CFT to attend project meetings and to work with various internal and external stakeholders, i.e., external project manager, facilities manager, consultants, and contractors. Identifying any risks and non-compliance against client's Tech facilities Design/Construction Standard Requirement, and escalation of such to Client Critical Facilities Managers for resolution. Assisting Client Project Team in managing (technical) procedure strategy and developing the tender documents and RFP process for the appointment of technical consultants, Commissioning agents and vendors if required. Representing CFT to assists all the details of a project, providing the needed direction, guidance to the Client Project team from a technical and engineering perspective. Decisions shall be made by Client Critical Facilities Managers if critical. Representing CFT to participate to regular project meeting and tender interview. Tracking and recording any identified risks/non-compliance till the proper closure. Summarizing lessons learnt through multiple projects to contribute to the improvement of Client project requirement for future projects if applicable. Representing CFT in other technical program administration. **Qualifications**: Degree qualification in engineering, construction, project management or similar functions Engineering background / experience Minimum 3-5 years’ experience, preferably financial institution or established MNC Demonstrating good track record and capability in leading, developing and managing - the programme, risk, changes, stakeholders engagement on behalf of Client from project start to end, with a good understanding and use of core PM tools and systems.
