We are searching for a Regional Program Manager who possesses the Program Management skills to operate effectively in a matrix environment and have confidence in driving aggressive growth plans. We are open for this position to be based in countries within East Asia and India where we have presence. The person should have a consultative and collaborative style, proven track record / achievement. **THE ROLE**

This role is responsible for executing to deliver the project end-item within budget and time limitations, in accordance with technical specifications and in fulfilment of profit objectives. The role shall formulate project planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation through completion; securing required resources and using formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. At the higher levels, incumbents manage large multifaceted projects; at lower levels, incumbents may be concerned with clearly identifiable elements or functions within a larger project. Together with Regional functional leaders (i.e. Innovation, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain) to achieve overall organization's objectives. In addition, this role would have to liaise with Multi-discipline team including support functions, to delight our Internal and External stakeholders.

The responsibilities of the role are to implement the required action plan, manage interfacing with and influencing stakeholders activities to support efforts to achieve project success. The role shall carry out tactical activities to deliver the project end-item within budget and time limitations, in accordance with technical specifications and in fulfilment of profit objectives. In addition, it is to support key tasks, including planning project activities, tasks, and end-results, which includes creating the work breakdown, schedule, and budget aligned with Regional vision and aspirations.

The assigned territories include all associated businesses in East Asia and India.

The Regional Program Manager's specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:

- Maximum 3 pointers per accountability_

Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)
- Negotiating with and integrating functional managers, suppliers, and top management.
- Interfacing with and influencing stakeholders.
- Dealing with crises and resolving conflicts. Recommending termination or redirection of efforts when objective cannot be achieved.

Accountability #2: Process / Performance
- Development and execution of cross-functional projects in support of the regional project portfolio.
- Planning project activities, tasks, and end-results, which includes creating the work breakdown, schedule, and budget.
- Monitoring project status. Identifying technical and functional problems. Solving problems directly or knowing where to find help
- Support product line management activities related to key projects.
- Implement GPMS and VAVE-CRB cross the region.

Accountability #3: People
- Selecting and organizing the project team.
- Provides PMO support and guidance to across the region.
