**Your superior**:
This position reports to the **Serviced Office Manager**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and ensuring that office units operations run smoothly.
- Be updated in the serviced office sector, understanding on client’s expectations, and changing needs relating to serviced offices, services, and facilities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the service office sector.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
- Handle all leasing activities including the conduct of site inspections and the closure of unit lease as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and addressing concerns promptly.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- **Local Polytechnic Diploma** and above or whichever is higher.
- **Goal Oriented**:

- **Excellent communication, written & PR skills are a plus point.**:

- **Strong characteristics with positive attitude and initiative**:

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, brokers, and industry partners.
- Strong networking skills to expand the client base and establish a robust business network.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
