**Planning and Organising**
- Plan and organise the school chapel curriculum (including liaison with speakers), weekly devotions, religious emphasis week outreach initiative and follow-up
- Plan and organise the student ministry program and activities
- Organise prayer fellowships for parent groups
- Organise pre and post exam prayer groups
- Plan and organize camps and events during both the school term and during the holidays
- Conduct continuous review and identify areas of improvement for programs and activities to meet the needs of the students and parents

**Spiritual Care (Feed, train, protect, encourage)**
- Provide pastoral guidance, and support to students, staff, and parents
- Share God’s Word at Chapel & Morning Devotions, and lead Worship as and when required
- Develop and implement curriculum for training
- Equip and train students, teachers and parent helpers
- Build relationships and rapport with students and teachers

**Other Duties**
- Collaborate with other Ministries in implementing the Ministry objectives
- Be present at all School Ministry activities.
- Introduce and offer Church ministry and resources of BRMC to students, parents and teachers
- Prepare, handle/manage yearly ministry budget
- Oversee and support the Students’ Hub (operations & mentorship), Worship & Prayer event (mentoring of Student Committee), and Lighthouse Ministry (planning & logistics)

**Pastors’ Office representative**
- Liaise between the School, Director of Ministry in Schools, and the Pastors’ Office
- Provide regular feedback to the Pastors’ Office on the School Ministry
- Carry out any other/additional responsibilities as assigned by the pastors or immediate supervisors in current ministry and/or other ministries

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Theological Degree/Diploma

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSETS**
- Have at least 2 years relevant experience working with youth.
- Experience in worship leading will be helpful.
- Able to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and resourceful
- Meticulous and conscientious in nature.
- An innovative team player, self-motivated, and pro-active
