**Facility Management Engineer**

**Main job scope**

Responsible for overseeing the building maintenance and facilities management, contract management, security and safe management of the company.

You will ensure that the building, facilities and services are well manage with robust preventive maintenance, good housekeeping and thorough cyclical works. You will review and improve the existing processes to ensure continuous service improvement and stability of the M&E systems supporting the internal and external customers.

You will plan and execute various projects such as improvement/ renovation works, physical security and M&E works to ensure that they are carry out within timeline and budget.

Lastly, you are required to coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders in the development, implementation and coordination to achieve the deliverables.

**Requirement**

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the property/facilities management, building maintenance, site security management and enjoy working in a highly interactive and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:
Relevant qualifications in Engineering or related fields, acceptable by the respective professional bodies in Singapore is preferred.

Demonstrate understanding of Facilities Management, technical skills and knowledge in M&E systems and security system management (CCTV, DVR, etc.)

Possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Team player with excellent project management skills, resourceful, analytical, highly organized and strong attention to details
