We are urgently looking for a Data Center Services Engineer (SINGAPOREAN ONLY)

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with DC monitoring software and tools
- Routine Systems Health Checks
- Assist to set up and decommission of IT equipment such as networks, servers, storage, backup devices, etc
- Coordinate with vendor for scheduled facilities work
- Basic network maintenance support
- Problem determination and escalation of issues to vendors or internal team
- Compilation, preparation and submission of Reports
- Physical/visual inspection
- Provide onsite support during power down / up activities
- Inventory and cabling management
- Equipment Rack and stack work
- Capacity management (space, power, cooling, patch panel port availability)
- Change Management & Incident Management Process
- Location: Raffles place

**Requirements**:

- Nitec in IT or higher qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of related Data Centre operations experiences
- Some knowledge in data cabling and patching
- Ability to respond to issues and provide a timely update, and escalation
- Staggering work hours: Between 7.30 am to 7.00 pm, Mon - Fri only
- No Shift Work
- Salary: S$3,200 - S$4,000 per month

Contract length: 12 months
