Senior HR Business Partner

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
2. Responsible for identifying recruitment needs and manage the end to end recruitment process and ensure effective alignment of manpower needs with the Company’s strategies
3. Responsible for developing and monitor performance management programme
4. Responsible for planning and evaluate employee compensation and various local benefits programmes
5. Responsible for facilitating talent rating process and development discussions. Actively engage key talents and advise people manager to sponsor appropriate and timely development interventions for retention purpose
6. Responsible for driving a healthy organisational culture by proactively engaging employees at all levels and running a regular all together workshop to ensure that the vision, values and purpose of the team gets constantly communicated
7. Responsible for identifying employees’ development needs in response to organisational strategic development
8. Responsible for managing employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
9. Responsible for updating and develop HR Policies & Procedures and Employee Handbook to meet the legal requirements as well as Schroder Group’s approach
10. Manage and lead a team of HR advisors in Singapore office to deliver high-quality business partnering service to internal stakeholders
11. Provide advice and leadership to the HR advisory team so that they can partner with business leaders more effectively and drive people agenda as a true advisor
12. As a member of APAC HR Leadership Team (HRLT), collaborate with other HR leaders to improve HR operational efficiency, policies and practices
13. Keep up-to-date on trends and developments in HR to ensure the firm remains competitive in talent attraction and retention
14. As the Regional Inclusion & Diversity and Wellbeing (IDW) Lead, develop and implement IDW strategies and approaches across the region. Engage and collaborate with Local IDW champions as well as relevant global stakeholders to drive meaningful impact on our IDW agenda.
**Qualifications**:
1. At least 10 years of HR business partnering experience within financial services
2. At least 2 years experience working in an asset management industry
3. Experience in providing HR advisory services for Korea including knowledge of local Korea HR policies, procedures and regulations
4. Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a complex and matrix organisation
5. Experience in influencing and building collaborative relationships with senior-level stakeholders
6. Experience in driving impactful Inclusion & Diversity, Wellbeing communications and engagement strategies and deploying using a variety of channels and activities
7. Experience working across geographies and cultures, navigate complexity and in virtual teams
8. Experience in analytical and problem-solving and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
9. Ability to multitask and strong organisation skills
10. Proficient in both verbal and written communication in Korean language as this role will need to review documents in Korean language.
