**Responsibilities**
**APAC Client Lines Management Support**
Admin support to Regional Heads of Asset Managers and Alternatives (Organising Meetings, expenses claim and business travel arrangement, when required)
**Executive Adminstrative Support - Client Development**:
- Group Clients Meetings & Events Organisation (inclusive of CNY lunches, RSVPs for events organised by B&C) for CD Team
- Admin support to Head of CD (organise meetings, expense claims and business travel arrangement, when required)
- Assist GRMs to coordinate meetings with global key stakeholders/assistants relating to key clients
- Co-ordinate/organise meetings with clients for Global Heads of CD visiting Singapore office
- Co-ordinate/organise Lunch and Learn event with Marketing, when required
- Maintain Gifts and Invitations Register
- Submit/Log client entertainment/gift request in Comet tool on behalf of Sales/RMs when CEO attendance is required
**Administrative Role for the Location**:
- BP2S Staff Onboarding (Requisition of office access card and assign telephone numbers)
- Office Administration - Stationery Ordering, Archiving/ Retrieval Requests/ Pantry Supplies
- Maintain office cleaniness, including clearing of incoming mails
- Department Maintenance Works (Office Maintenance & Renovation Works)
- Update department's Distribution List/Door List/Staff List (Monthly)
- Submission of safes report (Half yearly)
**Adhoc support to EA to CEO**:
- Assist in logistic for Townhall, Staff event, etc
- Back-up EA during her absence
