**Responsibilities**: **Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of experience managing managers and leading a high performing regional organisations, including objective setting and performance reviews. - Broad experience across Trust and Safety, or a related area such as Fraud, Integrity, management of social networking, or within a Trust and Safety vertical, such as minor safety, hate speech, illegal activities and regulated goods, etc. - You will have a deep understanding and experience of leading APAC markets, including understanding of top risks, cultural nuances, regulatory landscape and high risk events - You will be an analytical thinker, with a strong ability to interpret data, key metrics and devise improvement strategies - Excellent communication and program management skills.
