**CLIENT**:Leading Cloud Technology Company

**The Marketing Operations & Programs **is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing technology solutions that support the company's overall marketing strategy & demand generation campaigns in the APAC region. This includes working with collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, designing and implementing solutions, and managing the ongoing maintenance and support of these solutions. The Marketing Technologist must have a strong understanding of marketing technology, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other departments

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Gather requirements across Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
- Design marketing technology solutions with the Product Management and Engineering team.
- End to end platform management from conducting user acceptance testing, build and conduct training to enable users to use the new technology and provide continuous post-launch support.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technology trends and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing technology solutions are aligned with business goals.
- Manage marketing technology programs from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Analyse marketing data to identify trends and opportunities and to measure success of projects / marketing initiatives / marketing tools.
- Report on marketing technology performance to stakeholders.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

- Bachelor's degree in marketing analytics, business analytics computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations / marketing automation, with a focus on lead management and lead routing
- Strong understanding of database management
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo (certifications preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong program management skills.
