**About Us**:
World Marketing Group (WMG) specializes in crossborder parcel and mail logistics in the Asian region. As a licensed postal service operator, the company has wide commercial and postal networks to facilitate clearance and delivery of eCommerce parcels.

**Role Description**:
This position will be part of our Business Circulation team (Magazine) and will report to our Head of Circulation based in Singapore.

Serving as the bridge between circulation operations and project management customer service, the Marketing Executive is instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of circulation business activities and exceptional service to our subscribers and stakeholders. This role plays a crucial part in driving successful circulation outcomes while fostering long-term relationships with subscribers and agents alike.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in social media postings on our social media platforms for promotional activities
- Driving creative campaigns, designing cover pages and crafting descriptions for single copy sales
- Generating invoices for freight and service charges, ensuring accurate account billing to our clients on a monthly basis
- Managing order activations, subscriber letters, and billing for client magazine subscriptions in coordination with relevant teams
- Coordinating with the Singapore and Malaysia fulfilment teams to process subscriber data, producing carrier sheets, creating job instructions (JI), and ensuring timely delivery to operations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred
- Minimally 2 years of proven experience in marketing and circulation, preferably in the publishing/logistics industry
- Familiarity with circulation management systems like ZeaTech will be a plus
- Ability to confidently present and pitch ideas to internal/external stakeholders
- Must have proven track record in managing marketing via various social media platform (e.g. Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin as we operate globally with many international clients (including mandarin speaking stakeholders)
