If you possess a profound understanding of sales and marketing strategy, as well as marketing execution, we invite you to join us in the role of APAC Marketing Lead . This position is based at our office in Singapore . Responsibilities Develop end-to-end marketing plans to synchronize Formlabs and Channel Partner marketing and promotional initiatives across manufacturing, dental, and medical sectors. In charge of regional PR, brand positioning, and awareness initiatives to uphold Formlabs' status as the market leader in professional 3D printing. Collaborate with global product marketing, content, and translation teams to deliver compelling Formlabs content tailored to meet the needs of customers and partners. Develop and implement regional channel programs, and empower channel partners with effective product marketing materials. Engage with customers to gain insights into their usage of Formlabs printers and create new user stories that highlight customer success across diverse industries. Establish and monitor key regional marketing KPIs and OKRs related to channel performance, web traffic, user engagement, and other relevant metrics. Manage the APAC marketing team and join the APAC leadership team. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in regional marketing for a global B2B product company Experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines including content development, brand, channel marketing strategies, and demand generation Excellent English language skills required; Chinese, Korean, or Japanese skills are a plus Experience using tools like Google/Baidu Analytics, Website CMS, Salesforce/CRM, Marketing Automation Strong analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and issues, and the ability to make data-driven decisions Creative, out-of-the-box thinking Results-driven and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets Strong team player Bonus Skills Familiar with graphic design tools such as Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign Experienced in working with SFDC and Marketo or other similar CRM systems Technical/engineering background or experience marketing to the manufacturing, dental, or medical industries Experience working with agencies for content output, PR, and media opportunities Passionate about 3D printing and emerging technologies Experience in rapidly growing startup environments Benefits Corporate Medical Insurance Shares in the company (we’re a Unicorn company) Flexible benefit allowance Annual health screening Development opportunities both in-house and off-site Unlimited 3D prints Fun team events We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
