**Tools For Brokers (TFB)** - is the leading fintech company with 12 years of experience in the industry. We develop connectivity and hosting solutions for Forex, CFD and Stock Brokers and Hedge funds across the world. We look for Client Success representatives for our APAC office in Singapore.
Our mission is to provide reliable, robust, effective, and helpful software for Brokers and Hedge Funds.

**Languages**: English (fluent), Mandarin

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide onboarding and further client integration;
- Assist in training courses and educational materials for onboarded clients, including face to face education;
- Cross-sell and upsell of product or service to existing customers;
- Assist customers as needed with setting up and configuration of product or service;
- Review customer feedbacks and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company;
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, consult customers with questions and suggest the best products for their need;
- Promote the value of the product and value through customer experience;
- Regular control and client notification about improvements and updates in products, collecting feedback and other information to improve the quality of services and products.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with Asian market desirable;
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships;
- Social skills required for the upselling and building long-lasting cooperation;
- Technical skills required as they relate to the use of the product;
- Accountability and personal organization are essential;
- Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Client Success department;
- Deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed;
- b2b sales background will be your advantage.
