We are seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to serve as a vital bridge between our internal teams and clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can advocate for both the company and our clients, ensuring that needs are met and solutions are effectively implemented. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and organization, prioritizing decisions based on client expectations. The Challenge Act as the primary post sales point of contact for clients, managing strategic communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings. Resolve complex client challenges, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions. Demonstrate how Sportradar products and services impact the client's business objectives and provide tailored solutions to maximize their return on investment. Establish strong connections with key users of Sportradar products at client companies, understanding their business needs and priorities. Maintain a structured approach to tracking client feedback and leveraging insights to refine services and offerings. Lead and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and successful adoption of Sportradar products and services. Optimize internal processes impacting client experience, driving efficiency and timely delivery of services. Conduct proactive client outreach based on
