Come join us to express your Andaz as **Rooms Reservation Associate **if the following describes you. You are service-oriented and passionate in achieving customer satisfaction. You are also a good team-player and at the same time a confident individual, willing to learn and take on new challenges. As the **Rooms Reservation Associate**, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. You will assist the team in the achievement of a smooth and efficient running of the Reservation Department. **Qualifications**: Your Profile - Possesses minimum G.C.E. "O" levels. - 1-2 years of experience in hotel or call centre operations will be an added advantage. - Good communication, telephone, interpersonal and customer relations/service skills. - A can-do attitude. - Due to our clientele base, ability to converse in Mandarin will be advantageous. - Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Key Responsibilities - As the first point of contact for guests, maintains a positive attitude and a smile in your voice. - Identifies guest reservation needs and make appropriate recommendations. - Explains guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers. - Answers questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
