Our client is looking for Desktop Support Analyst to support and troubleshoot 1st and 2nd level of end-users issues in Singapore Office.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Act as hub for IT communications with the user base in Asia-Pacific region.**:

- **Working closely with IT Engineering to support system maintenance team.**:

- L1 & L2 troubleshooting support for SG users and for remote offices
- Logging calls, tickets, and assigning to relevant 3rd level teams if necessary.
- Supporting front and back office incidents and requests.
- Moving desktop hardware between desks when requested by the business.
- Monitor & follow up on calls daily to ensure timely resolution.
- Document solutions or work around interim processes,
- Occasional overtime work or weekend work is required

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Computer Studies or related field.
- Solid knowledge in Windows 10 Operating Systems.
- Administration experience in MS Active Directory, managing users and group polices
- Voice/phone systems/ Video conferencing, CISCO Webex, Teams
- MS Office 365 and Citrix support.
- Hardware troubleshooting and installations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, customer oriented.
- Knowledge of ITIL Incident and Request Management processes is a plus
- Previous support in commodity trading is preferred
- **Able to commit for 6 months contract**
