You will ensure successful accreditation of the Residency Program by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring compliance with the requirements set out by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education - International. You will be involved in the day-to-day management of educational activities, providing administrative support to the Programme Director, ensuring that there is a sufficient number of trained faculty, as well as creating a good learning experience for all Residents. You are also required to support academic activities such as Medical Humanities, Academic Appointments and work closely with other Programme Executives, department secretaries, faculty and staff from the Graduate Medical Education Office.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration or in training/education related disciplines
- Possesses an agile and growth mindset
- Readily takes ownership at work and drives improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and comfortable working independently and in a team
- Able to prioritise and coordinate work well, with an eye for details
- Able to collaborate effectively with a multitude of stakeholders
