You will perform a pivotal role in supporting the SingHealth Staff Care Centre, a key part of the Staff Health framework that looks at building a culture of well-being and peer support in SingHealth. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet the objectives of the SingHealth Staff Care Centre and to ensure that engagement strategies and communication platforms are effective in reaching target audiences. In addition, you are required to perform secretarial duties, plan events, oversee administration and personnel support to the department as well as manage the triage of the staff counselling services helpline.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of working experience
- Healthcare or Business Administration background will be an advantage
- Strong administrative skills
Good team player who is resourceful
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
