Senior Manager, SingHealth Impact, Technology Development & Commercialisation Join to apply for the Senior Manager, SingHealth Impact, Technology Development & Commercialisation role at SingHealth . Role Overview The Technology Development & Commercialisation (TD&C) team is seeking a Senior Manager to focus on the commercialisation of healthcare-related technologies developed under the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. You will collaborate with the SingHealth clinical research community to identify and commercialise intellectual property across various healthcare fields. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of patent and trademark applications, promoting healthcare innovation, and engaging with external partners. Key Responsibilities Review invention disclosures and liaise with the SingHealth Intellectual Property office. Engage with external parties to promote institutional capabilities and research collaborations. Speak at workshops on intellectual property, innovation, and commercialisation. Identify and engage potential licensees for the institution's IP portfolio. Support the drafting and review of IP and commercialisation strategies for funding applications. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred. Minimum eight years of relevant experience in academic or industrial settings involving commercial partnerships. Effective stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills. Proven track record in negotiating commercial contracts. Ability to understand technical concepts and develop commercially viable proposals. Self-starter with initiative, teamwork skills, and ecosystem engagement capability. Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
