Executive, Singhealth Residency

You will ensure successful accreditation of the Residency Program by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring compliance with the Accreditation Postgraduate Medical Education Singapore (APMES). You will be involved in the day-to-day management of educational activities, providing administrative support to the Programme Director, ensuring that there is a sufficient number of trained faculty present as well as creating a good learning experience for all Residents. You will work closely with and supervise a support staff, and will also be required to work closely with other Programme Executives, department secretaries, faculty and staff from the Graduate Medical Education Office. You will also work with the Academic Clinical Programme team on education-related initiatives and projects catered to Residents and Faculty.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration or in training/education related disciplines, preferably with 3 years of experience
- Experience in healthcare or training industries would be an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills and meticulous
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Some supervisory experience will be an advantage
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
