Responsibilities
- Take down user/caller’s concern at the work order logbook as soon as the call ended.
- Assign the job to the respective technician.
- Check with the technician/T.O. once the job has been completed and feedback to the user.
- Create and assign work order.
- Close and update work order based on what the T.O. or Engineer wrote on the hard copy, while ensuring that the guidelines for updating/closing are followed.
- Be alert on any alarms received and inform the relative department to check. Inform the engineers and EM if checking is in progress as well as once the alarm is returned to normal.
- Attend to WhatsApp complaints by acknowledging and assigning the concern to the respective trade.
- Check contractor's permit and assign technician to escort them to place/room requested.
- Keep record of the EM list store by updating the record book.
- Assign keys to the technician/engineers and keep record on the book. Make sure that all keys are returned at the end of the day.
- Monitor and record the chiller loading and operation.
- Check and handover keys and outstanding works order.
- To on chiller, check FRS and iFIX bookings in the BMS system, follow up key record book, facilitate the FRS and Ad-Hoc bookings
- Check all the list of equipment (SRC System daily inspection checklist) every morning.
- Assist SRC Engineer to closed work orders after a job is completed.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in handling customer service request.
- Record down client details and follow up to closed request.
- Able to understand some basic facilities systems.
- Able to plan and carry out to follow up to closed the work orders.
