Roles & Responsibilities
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Duty coverage (outstanding follow up or clarification with NEC internal team or agency user for peers who are not around.
- Managing service request life cycle end to end till closure.
- Capable of managing and organizing different individual service request status (New to raise
- / Pending / Follow up)
- Sending SR Admin the offline word forms for SR Admin to translate into WOG ITSM system.
- Prompt tracking and follow up till closure for all service request related matters raised by
agency users.
- Observe, operate and identify possible improvement for operation efficiency.
- Understanding of service request (SLA) and task flow for different type of service request.
- Understanding the complexity of parent service request will generate child ticket to respective service team and owner.
- Communicating with multiple and respective different contractor managing WOG Central Services, involved in the service request.
- Capable of investigating service lapse and SLA failures, providing root cause and improvement or mitigation within SR team.
**Qualifications**
- Experienced in managing WOG SR administration will be advantageous.
- Strong communication & coordination skills and meticulous.
- A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Microsoft Excel and PD
