**Summary**
Working with senior members of the APAC Loan Distribution Team, to support the financing Business Lines (DOD, SFI, ITB) in connection with the pricing and underwriting of Syndicated Loans, and distribute those in the primary and secondary markets. Provide active coverage of loan investors based in Singapore. Be responsible for the Credit Risk Insurance (CRI) activity in Asia Pacific.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with senior loan distributors, perform the relevant responsibilities in connection with primary syndications (pricing, liquidity assessment, underwriting support, syndication opinions, bookrunning, etc ) and secondary activity (including loan trading once activity has been validated)
- Achieve final take targets with mínimal overholds whilst contributing to the regional syndication fee budget
- Be the contact point for the CRI activity in APAC both with internal (coverage, financing Business Lines, credit department) and external (broker, insurers) stakeholders whilst working closely with the CRI Team in London
- Perform KYC requirements and potentially act as temporary relationship manager (RR) for investors (banks, insurers, etc ) who have no dedicated CACIB RR
- Maintain a good connection with key market players (peers, investors, insurance brokers, insurers, etc.) and more particularly Singapore-based investors

- Key External Contacts: peers, investors (banks, insurers and other financial institutions), insurance broke and borrowers

- External: DebtDomain, Loan Connector

**4. Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities**:

- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

**Role Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline
- Substantial experience in banking with strong knowledge of the Loan and CRI products
- At least 5 years’ banking experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office in word, PowerPoint and excel
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work within a dynamic and evolving environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, initiatives taker, and team-player
